Requests for presentations at the public meetings must be made in writing two days prior to the meeting.

• Presentations will be limited to 10 minutes.  Written copies must be made prior to the meeting and submitted to the Accommodation Review Committee for the minutes.
• For those unable to attend public meetings, written input will be accepted within the timelines specified in the Schedule of Public Meetings.
