Welcome to Kindergarten

We are holding our Welcome to Kindergarten event at 6:00pm on Wednesday May 15^th here at Little Current Public School.  This is part of a transition plan for 3 and 4 year old students into our Early Learning Program.  The evening events are interactive and students will have the opportunity to meet and learn/play with their classmates.  School personnel and community partners will share fun activities that you can do at home with your child.This will also give staff the chance to see how students interact with one another.  All participating students will receive a Welcome to Kindergarten bag with magnetic letters and numbers, books, crayons, scissors, paper, glue, playdough and more!  If you know of someone who plans on registering their child for September but hasn’t done so, please let them know that we are accepting new students daily and would love to have them register before the event so the student can receive their formal invitation in the mail.  Thanks for spreading the word!
