Heritage Fair
The History of the Copper Cliff Museum explores the background of this familiar attraction. My Grandpa in WWII focuses on the personal history of a family heritage. Making Maple Syrup unearths the secrets of our Canadian culture. Early History of Mining in Sudbury profiles a significant hallmark of our community.
These are just a handful of the many topics students have covered over the years at the Sudbury Regional Heritage Festival.
More than 1,600 elementary and secondary school students from Sudbury, Espanola and Manitoulin attend the two-day exhibition and cultural celebration, making our regional Heritage Fair one of the largest in Canada.
The event features student projects, local displays, workshops and live performances, including entertainment by local musicians.
