Students sign pink GSPS shirt for Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week

Grade 2 students at R.L. Beattie Public School, including Sophia Webb, left, and Kate Ye, signed a pink Greater Sudbury Police Service’s shirt to kick-off Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week (November 15 to 21, 2015). Their pledge represents a commitment to maintain a safe school environment for all.

Anna Barsanti, Youth Education Coordinator with the Greater Sudbury Police Service (GSPS), visited Grade 2 students at R.L. Beattie Public School on Thursday, November 12, 2015 to kick-off Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week (November 15 to 21, 2015). Students signed a pink GSPS shirt as a pledge to respect and support one another; and have the courage to stand to maintain a safe school community.
