To obtain a copy of your transcript, please contact the last secondary school that you attended.

When schools are closed, files are transferred to the closest school that is open.

For student records from Copper Cliff High School and French River District Secondary School (English), please contact Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School.

For student records from Northeastern Secondary School, Nickel District Secondary School, Garson Falconbridge Secondary School and Capreol High School, please contact Confederation Secondary School.

For student records from Levack District High School, please contact Chelmsford Valley District Composite School.

For student records from Sudbury High School, Sheridan Tech, Alternative Adult Education (College Street) and the New Directions Program, please contact Sudbury Secondary School.
