What’s happening in Rainbow Schools?

Classes continue at Barrydowne College – Dual Credit classes suspended

The union representing faculty members at Ontario’s 24 public colleges, including Cambrian College, is on strike as of Monday, October 16, 2017.

Students are advised that Barrydowne College remains open for teaching and learning.

All staff members are expected to report to work.

All students are expected to attend school.

Students can also expect changes to city transit routes.

Dual credit courses at Cambrian College are suspended for the duration of the strike.

Alternative plans are in place to ensure that learning continues for students in Dual Credit programs.

Students are asked to speak with their secondary school principal, if they have not done so already.
