Indigo Love of Reading Foundation supports Lansdowne Public School

Lansdowne Public School has been selected to participate in the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation’s annual Adopt-a-School fundraising program.

Every dollar donated from September 5 to October 5, 2025 at Indigo Sudbury and online through the Love of Reading Foundation will go towards the purchase of books – in English and French – at a generous discount.

“Reading opens up a world of possibilities,” says Principal Elisa McNeil. “It builds strong literacy skills, supports success across all subjects, and encourages students to be lifelong learners and critical thinkers.” She adds: “Reading also inspires confidence and ignites curiosity.”

Lansdowne Public School invites the entire community to make a donation in store or online. “We are grateful to Indigo and all donors for supporting our school and our students,” says Principal McNeil. “We welcome the opportunity to celebrate our love of reading together.”

Lansdowne Public School offers English and French Immersion to students from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
