Levack Public School Reaches Minds & Touches Hearts on Red & White Day

Staff and students at Levack Public School wore red and white on Friday, March 25, 2011 in support of Japan.

Teacher Cori Niemi’s Grade 4/5 students went class to class to gather donations.

A total of $244.07 was raised for the Canadian Red Cross Japan Earthquake/Asia-Pacific Tsunami Relief Efforts.

Staff and students in Rainbow Schools wore red and white to mark the two-week anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan.
