Wembley Public School celebrates diversity at Equity Fair

April 13, 2011

Wembley Public School will host an Equity Fair on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 to celebrate student diversity and reinforce the character trait of the month "Acceptance."

The fair will feature displays and presentations on a variety of topics – learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, blind or low vision needs, hearing impairments and sexual orientation. The fair will also showcase cultural diversity, including First Nations.

The fair will be open to parents/guardians and guests from 11:40 am to 12:40 pm and Wembley students in Grades 4 to 8 from 12:40 pm to 3 pm.
