Walden Public School takes “The Great Gulp”

Students at Walden Public School, including Cathy Bryan’s Grade 3 class, celebrated World Water Day on March 23, 2015 by participating in "The Great Gulp".  All staff and students counted down together to take a drink of water at the very same time.  The event was spearheaded by the school’s Green Team. World Water Day highlights the importance of water in our everyday lives. It also focuses attention on the need to manage water resources for now and for the future.
