More cancelled bus routes for next week

SCHOOL BUS DRIVER SHORTAGE FOR WEEK OF OCTOBER 13th 2020

Once again, the Sudbury Student Services Consortium wishes to inform the public that there will be four complete school bus route cancellations and six partial school bus route cancellations during the week of October 13th, 2020. Seeing that some routes are partially cancelled, it is very important that parents look to see if their child`s school is affected.

COVID-19 has greatly impacted one local school bus operator, as many of their drivers have decided not to return behind the wheel.

All affected parents will receive an automated call, before the end of day Friday October 9, and the information will be posted on our website www.businfo.ca.

The Sudbury Student Services Consortium is working closely with school bus operators in finding solutions and ensures that recruitment efforts are ongoing.
