Bears brighten ER visit

Grade 5 student Sonya McCaffrey of Redwood Acres Public School collected Wendy’s Bears in Motion for local children.  Redwood Acres Public School enthusiastically supported the collection efforts by hosting hat days and allowing Sonya to appeal to the student body during announcements.  The bears, and other stuffed animals, were brought to Health Sciences North for distribution to children who are visiting the Emergency Department.
