C.R. Judd Public School supports Capreol Food Bank

Students at C.R. Judd Public School collected approximately 1,250 non-perishable food items for the Capreol Bread and Roses Food Bank.  "We support the food bank every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas," says Principal Michael Bellrose. "At Thanksgiving, students collected just under 1,000 food items and were challenged to surpass that amount during the holiday season."  C.R. Judd Public School continues to be the Bread and Roses Food Bank’s largest in-kind donor. The school also donates funds to purchase food each year.

Displaying some of the food items collected are, from back to front, from left to right, Howard Jones, Assistant Co-ordinator of Capreol Bread and Roses Food Bank; Carla Holmes, C.R.
