Increasing driver shortage causes more bus cancellations for next week

The Sudbury Student Services Consortium wishes to inform the public that 14 School Bus Routes will not be running the third week of school since they do not have drivers for the coming academic year. Access the list at the link below.

COVID-19 has greatly impacted one local school bus operator, as many of their drivers have decided not to return behind the wheel.

All affected parents will receive an automated call, before the end of day on Friday, September 18, 2020 and the information will be posted on our website businfo.ca.

The Sudbury Student Services Consortium is working closely with school bus operators in finding solutions and ensures that recruitment efforts are ongoing.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to parents, students and schools.
