January 27 – Morning Transportation Cancelled on Manitoulin Island ONLY – Schools Open

MORNING TRANSPORTATION CANCELLED, SCHOOLS REMAIN OPEN ON MANITOULIN ISLAND – TRANSPORTATION WILL RESUME THIS AFTERNOON

BUSSES ARE RUNNING IN THE SUDBURY, ESPANOLA & MASSEY DISTRICTS

Due to the snow squall warning in effect and the heavy snow expected this morning on the Island, and in the interest of safety, all school related transportation services for all schools operating on Manitoulin Island are cancelled this morning, transportation will resume this afternoon.

All schools will remain open.

Parents who transport their children to schools on Manitoulin Island are reminded that school buses will be running this afternoon.

All staff are expected to report to work.
