Lasalle basketball team participates in Special Olympics Provincial Tournament

The Lasalle Secondary School three-on-three basketball team will participate in a provincial tournament hosted by Special Olympics Ontario. The tournament will take place in the Richmond Hill and Unionville areas on Wednesday, June 4th and Thursday, June 5th, 2014.

The team from Lasalle Secondary School consists of five members: Matthew Howard, Brittany Brugman, Kevin Bisschops, Christian Pitfield and Colton Simond-Lydiatt. The coaches travelling with the team are Joe Muffo and Heather Brown.
The Opening Ceremonies for the Special Olympics Four Corners Provincial School Championships will be broadcast live by Rogers TV on Wednesday, June 4th from 7 pm to 8 pm.
Regular updates will be posted on the Special Olympics Four Corners website, the Special Olympics Ontario Facebook page and Twitter @SOOntario and #schoolchamps.
