Lasalle Secondary School presents An Evening of Festival Music on Feb. 24

The Lasalle Secondary School Music Department will host  “An Evening of Festival Music” on Monday, February 24, 2014, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm in the school gym.
The concert will showcase Lasalle Secondary School’s six performing music groups – the Junior Jazz Ensemble; the Senior Jazz Ensemble; the Intermediate Concert Band; the Vocal Ensemble; the Senior Concert Band and the Guitar Ensemble. 
The evening will feature a variety of music. The artistic range of each ensemble will be displayed through the various performances.
“Our band and vocal directors, Marc Savard, Peter Scherzinger and Corinne Yantha, are excited about the concert and look forward to sharing Lasalle Secondary School’s talent with the school and the community,” said Principal Jeff McKibbon. “Everyone is welcome to attend.” 
Admission is a donation at the door. All proceeds from the concert will go towards the Joan Mantle Music Trust, which provides instruments for students in Rainbow Schools.
Lasalle Secondary School is located at 1545 Kennedy Street in Sudbury.
