What’s happening in Rainbow Schools?

Manitoulin Secondary School hosts post-secondary planning info night on May 9th

The School Council at Manitoulin Secondary School will present an Information Night for parents/guardians of students heading off to college or university this fall.

Students planning to attend post-secondary school are also invited to attend as they look ahead to this important transition.

The Information Night will take place on Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Manitoulin Secondary School, 107 Bay Street in M’Chigeeng.

Participants will have an opportunity to take part in workshops designed to help prepare for the post-secondary school experience.

Topics include financial management, time management, managing emotional stress and making good choices.

The first 25 participants will receive a copy of “1001 Things Every College Student Needs to Know”.

Everyone is welcome.

This School Council event is being presented with funding from the Ministry of Education Parent and Community Engagement Office.
