May 7: Sunjay Nath headlines Student Senate Conference
Rainbow District School Board’s Student Senate will host its annual Conference on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Students from each secondary school will take part in the full-day event at the Au pied du rocher restaurant at Collège Boréal.
The theme for the conference is changemaking with a focus on creative thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
The event will kick off with a keynote address from Hall of Fame speaker and performance expert Sunjay Nath at 10 am.
Sunjay Nath has shared his insights with more than one million people since 1995. Most recently, he is the founder and Vice-President of an e-learning company based in Toronto.
Following the keynote address, students will take part in breakout sessions with topics including making change within communities, the environment, in school and in life.
