Notice to Parents regarding School Bus Transportation and Cold Weather

Since extreme cold weather is expected this week, the Sudbury Student Services Consortium reminds parents/guardians that they are responsible for deciding whether to send their child to the bus stop or to school. 

During extreme cold weather or severe weather storm conditions, the Sudbury Student Services Consortium recommends that parents remind their children of possible vehicle (bus) breakdown or delays.

Parents are advised to exercise their own discretion as to how long a pupil should wait for a school bus in inclement weather.

Parents should have a back-up plan in place to allow for unforseen circumstances.
