Valley View Public School students, staff and families canvassed local neighbourhoods on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 to collect non-perishable food items and monetary donations for the fifth annual Rainbow Kids Helping Kids Day. The Board-wide initiative is part of the Rainbow District School Board’s annual efforts to support the Kids Helping Kids Christmas Food Drive in memory of Edgar Burton. Participating are, from left, Grade 7 students Alexis Savard and Hailey Lapointe-Mintenko, and Grade 8 students Alex Duhaime, Ethan Savard and Caden Duhaime. Rainbow District School Board thanks the community for its support.
