R.H. Murray student sees his awareness poster turned into a billboard

Silvo Hernesniemi of R.H. Murray Public School was the winner of the Fast Flowing Water Poster Contest.  The award winning poster was made into a billboard that can be found on the Kingsway.  Members of the community, including Mayor John Rodriguez, congratulated Silvo at the unveiling of the billboard.
