Rainbow Board accepting registrations for Adult Education courses
Registrations are now being accepted for Block 2 of Adult Education courses being offered by Rainbow District School Board. Adult Day classes begin Thursday, November 3 and continue until Wednesday, December 21.
To register, visit the Continuing Education Centre at Sudbury Secondary School’s Davidson Street entrance weekdays from 10 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3 pm from Monday, October 24 to Tuesday, November 1.
FREE credit courses are available during the day to any adults 19 years of age and older and out of high school for at least one semester. Adults can earn two high school credits in approximately six weeks.
The Continuing Education Centre offers adult day classes in mathematics, English, computers, science, world religions, health care, travel and tourism.
When registering, students should bring a copy of their transcript from the last high school attended as well as a birth certificate and health card.
