What’s happening in Rainbow Schools?
Rainbow offers secondary summer school credit recovery and upgrading courses
Rainbow District School Board will offer Summer School credit recovery and upgrading courses at the secondary level. To register, students must have taken the course during the current academic school year.
Classes will be offered from Wednesday, July 2, 2025 to Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Sudbury Secondary School, Adult Day School.
During the first seven days of the program, Period 1 classes will run from 8 am to 10:30 am and Period 2 classes from 10:45 am to 1:15 pm.
Class times change on the eighth day, Monday, July 14, 2025, until the end of Summer School and run from 8:30 am to 10:30 am and 10:45 am to 12:45 pm.
Summer School courses include English, Math, Science, History, Geography, Civics and Careers.
Courses will run subject to sufficient enrolment and teacher availability. Summer School staff will contact students once course scheduling is determined.
Students can register by contacting their home school before Friday, June 20, 2025.
