What’s happening in Rainbow Schools?
Register now for adult education Block 3 which begins January 7, 2009
Registrations are now being accepted for Block 3 of Adult Education courses being offered by Rainbow District School Board from January 7 to February 25, 2009.
To register, visit the Continuing Education Centre at Sudbury Secondary School’s College Street entrance (Room C-200) weekdays from 10 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3 pm until Thursday, December 18, 2008 and Monday, January 5, 2009.
FREE credit courses are available during the day to any adults 19 years of age and older and out of high school for at least one semester. Adults can earn two high school credits in approximately six weeks.
The Continuing Education Centre offers adult day classes in computers, math, English, health care, geography, communications technology, marketing and accounting. The Ontario Secondary School Literacy Course is also being offered.
When registering, students should bring a copy of their transcript from the last high school attended as well as a birth certificate and health card.
