Register Now for Rainbow secondary schools: Classes begin September 6th

Rainbow District School Board is accepting registrations for high school in Sudbury, Espanola, Manitoulin Island and Shining Tree. Students can register by contacting their area Rainbow secondary school.

Young adults who are 20 years of age or younger who would like to go back to school to complete their secondary school diploma are invited to enroll at Barrydowne College, a new Rainbow Alternative Secondary School housed within Cambrian College. This school within a college supports students who would benefit from a small class learning environment and individualized curriculum.

The program will encourage students to reengage in school or find viable employment. Students will have opportunities to participate in Co-operative Education, prior learning assessment recognition, eLearning, Independent Learning Centre courses, the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and dual credit courses, earning credits with both Barrydowne College and Cambrian College concurrently.
