Request for Input: Candidate Profile for Director of Education

Rainbow District School Board, through Promeus – Partners in Executive Search, continues to seek input to develop a candidate profile for its next Director of Education.

What are the Rainbow District School Board’s top strengths?
What are the challenges/priorities/opportunities for the Board and its incoming Director?
What experience, skills and personal qualities should a Director of Education possess?

“Partners in education throughout Sudbury, Espanola and Manitoulin Island are invited to share their input,” said Board Chair Doreen Dewar. “Our goal is to select the best person for this leadership role.”

Search consultants Marilyn Gouthro and Jordene Lyttle will review submissions to create the candidate profile.
