Schools/Board Office will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2009

The Government of Ontario has designated the third Monday in February of each year as a province-wide statutory holiday called Family Day.

As a result, Rainbow Schools in Sudbury, Espanola and Manitoulin and the Rainbow District School Board Office will be closed on Monday, February 16th, 2009.

The purpose of this statutory holiday is to emphasize and celebrate the importance of families taking time to be together.

The regular meeting of the Board will take place at the Board Office on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 at 6:30 pm.
