Students honoured during N’Swakamok graduation ceremony
Eleven students earned their Ontario Secondary School Diploma at the N’Swakamok Native Alternative School’s graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 7, 2018.
The celebration took place at the N’Swakamok Native Friendship Centre where family, friends, staff and community members joined together to honour student success.
“It is a thrill to watch as these students celebrate the fruits of their labour,” said N’Swakamok Native Alternative School Principal Bob Deeth. “We extend our congratulations to all students.”
Added Program Co-ordinator Kelly-Lee Assinewe: “We are very proud of the work that the students have accomplished this year. It is with great pride that we send these students on their next journey”.
