Sudbury Secondary puts finishing touches on float for Santa Claus Parade

Staff and students at Sudbury Secondary School, including Sydney Borton, have been busy assembling their float for the Santa Claus Parade. The school will bring this year’s theme of "Christmas Past and/or Christmas future" to life with a "1980 to 2080 float".  Last week, the school had a home room challenge to collect water bottles to create futuristic water bottle Christmas trees.   The Sudbury Secondary School float will showcase live entertainment and student artwork.  "Our staff and students have enjoyed planning and preparing their float," says Principal Bob Deeth. "We look forward to presenting our creativity and school spirit to the community at the Santa Claus Parade as we usher in the festive season."
