Tickets Now on Sale for Gatchell School Blacklight Production

Gatchell School will soon host its annual Blacklight production at the Sudbury Secondary School Sheridan Auditorium. An evening performance open to the general public will take place on Wednesday, March 5th at 7 pm. Tickets, at $10 each, are available at Gatchell School, 31 Tuddenham Avenue in Sudbury.

“Gatchell School’s Blacklight production is a much-anticipated event,” says Principal Iva McNair. “Our students with special needs have been entertaining their parents, families, friends and children in Rainbow Schools for many years and look forward to another successful production.”

A matinée for elementary school students on Tuesday, March 4th at 11 am is already sold out. This performance will take place at Sudbury Secondary School. “Due to the high demand for tickets, we have opened up a dress rehearsal to about 100 students from Rainbow Schools,” says Principal McNair. “This performance, which is also sold out, will take place at Gatchell School on February 28th at 10:30 am.”

The 90-minute performance, showcasing 60 of Sudbury’s finest students, will leave the audience in awe. The production is an eye opening experience. Says Principal McNair: “When the lights are off, the special students and their exceptional talents radiate a multitude of brilliance.” She adds: “The students capture the imagination of their audience in a dazzling display of music, dance and vibrant neon colours. When the production is over and the lights go on, the Gatchell Gator Stars shine their brightest.”

This production is NOT TO BE MISSED!
