Walden Public School student captures first for Remembrance Day poster

January 8, 2013

A Grade 3 student at Walden Public School was recently recognized by the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 564 Lockerby.  Conner McGibbon captured first place honours in the regional Remembrance Day poster contest.  His artwork will now proceed to the provincial level of competition.  Congratulations Conner!
