During the 2026-2027 school year, your child’s photo may be taken or video/comments may be recorded by the school, the Board and/or the media for promotional purposes.

This is an excellent opportunity for your child to represent the school or receive recognition for his/her/their achievements. Examples of promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, news releases, school and system-wide newsletters and communications platforms (such as Edsby), brochures, posters, videos, Internet information, news coverage, radio broadcasts, television footage and social media, including, but not limited to, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, etc.

This consent will also allow students to participate in activities that are livestreamed for public viewing, for example, sports events and school Board meetings.
