English Program

English Program

The English Program includes a Core French component beginning in Grade 4. Students are introduced to the French language through songs, games, drama and interactive activities for a specified period of time daily.

The value of learning French, one of Canada’s two official languages, is reinforced in an inclusive classroom environment. The Core French program offers students the opportunity to develop a usable command of the French language that can be expanded through further study at the secondary school level.
